Growth Staffing Solutions Recruiting Process
Recruiting
We recruit through social media, referrals and Job Boards, we also have hundreds of resumes already on file which we search through when an opportunity is posted.
Matching
Once we find a candidate that we feel matches what our client is looking for we confirm the candidates interest either through email or phone by explaining the job, expectations and salary etc.
References
Then we call their references (at least one) and run their license number to verify they are eligible to apply (if applicable) for the position they are interested in.
Submission
Next, we submit the candidate’s resume to our client. If the client is interested in the candidate we will then set up a in person interview between the client and the candidate.
Selection
If the client chooses to hire the candidate then we will invoice a one time fee for services and issue a 30 day guarantee on the candidate.
Hiring
The client is responsible for obtaining all needed documents from the candidate as this is a direct hire and the candidate is not an employee of Growth Staffing Solutions.
